HOW TO EAT DRAGON FRUIT

·  Slice & Scoop - Cut the fruit in half and scoop the flesh directly from the skin with a spoon.

·  Peel & Slice - Trim the ends, peel away the pink skin and cut the flesh into slices or cubes.

·  Serve Chilled - Refrigerate before serving for an even more refreshing bite.

·  Add to fruit bowls, smoothies, breakfast bowls, yogurt, granola, salads, chilled desserts or fresh drinks.

STORAGE

For immediate eating, choose dragon fruit with bright, evenly coloured skin and a slight softness when gently pressed. If the fruit is still firm, allow it to ripen at room temperature. Once ripe, refrigerate and enjoy while fresh.
